MOUNT provides digital marketing and growth infrastructure services including web design, local SEO, social media management, and AI-powered communication tools for local businesses. Service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or proposals.

02  Communications

By providing your phone number to MOUNT, you consent to receive SMS and voice communications related to our services, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and operational updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly.

We use automated and AI-assisted tools to deliver some communications. These tools operate on our behalf and are subject to the same privacy and data-handling standards described in our Privacy Policy.

03  Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, copy, and materials produced by MOUNT remain the property of Gabriel Ruiz until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the client agreement. Our brand assets, tools, and proprietary workflows remain the exclusive property of MOUNT.

04  Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any assets or credentials required to deliver services. MOUNT is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or inaccurate information.

05  Payment

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and, where applicable, removal of delivered assets until balances are settled.

06  Limitation of Liability

MOUNT provides services on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, search ranking improvements, or revenue results. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

07  Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

08  Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

09  Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
